Black Kite Carpentry
Crafted Joinery & Heritage Restoration
Founded by David Lewis, Black Kite specialises in bespoke joinery, fine furniture and the careful restoration of historic woodwork. Every project is guided by traditional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and an uncompromising attention to detail.
David completed his apprenticeship with distinction while training with a bespoke furniture maker. Since then, he has developed his skills across a broad range of disciplines, including house builds, renovations, joinery installations, heritage carpentry and conservation work.
Through years of refining his craft, David has developed an approach that combines the discipline and precision of traditional hand-tool skills with the accuracy of modern machinery. The result is carefully executed work that respects traditional methods while meeting the highest standards of quality and durability.
